1. General provisions

1.1.These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the individual entrepreneur Олейников Анатолий Петрович (taxpayer number (INN) 232908716862, primary state registration number (OGRNIP) 325237500048912, the “Operator”) and a natural person (the “User”) in connection with the use of the Wizle Money service (the “Service”), available at https://moneytracker.wizle.tech.

1.2.The Terms are a public offer under Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The offer is accepted by ticking the box accepting the Terms in the registration form and completing account registration (Article 438(3) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The Terms are concluded upon acceptance. The Operator records the edition of the Terms accepted by the User and the date of acceptance.

1.3.The Service may be used by persons aged 16 or over. By accepting the Terms, the User confirms that they have reached this age.

1.4.The Service is provided free of charge. The Operator charges no fee for registration or for using the features of the Service.

1.5.The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

2.1.The Service is a web application for personal bookkeeping: keeping accounts in different currencies, recording transactions and transfers, planning payments, keeping budgets, building reports and connecting AI clients over the MCP protocol.

2.2.The Service is a bookkeeping tool that the User maintains independently. The Service does not connect to banks, does not make payments or transfer funds, does not store bank card details and is not a credit institution, payment agent, or financial or tax adviser. Balances, forecasts, budgets and reports are calculated from data entered by the User and are for reference only.

2.3.The Service runs in a web browser and is provided “as is”. The Operator may change, add and remove features of the Service. The Operator strives to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: interruptions for updates, maintenance and troubleshooting are possible.

3. Account

3.1.To use the Service, the User registers an account with an email address and password or with Telegram. The User provides an email address they have access to.

3.2.The User keeps the password secret and does not share access to the account with third parties. Actions performed in the account, including through connected AI clients, are deemed performed by the User until the User notifies the Operator of unauthorised access.

3.3.If unauthorised access is suspected, the User changes the password and notifies the Operator at privacy@wizle.tech.

4. User data

4.1.Bookkeeping data entered by the User belongs to the User. The User grants the Operator the right to store and process this data solely to operate the Service: to display it, perform calculations, send enabled notifications and provide it to connected AI clients.

4.2.The Operator does not use User data for advertising and does not disclose it to third parties except as set out in the Privacy Policy.

4.3.The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered and for its compliance with the law, and in particular does not enter information about third parties beyond what is needed for personal bookkeeping.

4.4.The User may at any time edit or delete their records and request a copy of their data or deletion of the account by sending a request to privacy@wizle.tech.

5. Connecting AI clients

5.1.The User may connect a third-party AI client to the account over the MCP protocol. A connection is made only after the User confirms the requested permissions on the Service’s connection screen.

5.2.The AI client gets access to bookkeeping data within the granted permissions: reading and, if the User allowed it, creating and changing records. A connection lasts no longer than 30 days, and the User may revoke it in the profile at any time.

5.3.AI clients are provided by third parties on their own terms. The Operator does not control the operation of AI clients, the accuracy of their answers or their processing of the data they receive, and is not responsible for them. Records created or changed by a connected AI client are deemed entered by the User.

6. Acceptable use

6.1.When using the Service, the User must not:

  • violate the law or the rights of third parties;
  • attempt to access other users’ accounts and data or the Service infrastructure;
  • disrupt the Service, circumvent rate limits and other technical restrictions, or create excessive load;
  • use automated means to register accounts in bulk or to harvest data;
  • exploit vulnerabilities of the Service to the detriment of the Operator or other Users.

6.2.A discovered vulnerability can be reported to the Operator at privacy@wizle.tech. Reporting a vulnerability in good faith without exploiting it is not a breach of the Terms.

7. Intellectual property

7.1.The exclusive rights to the Service software, its design, the name and brand elements of Wizle Money belong to the Operator or are used by it lawfully.

7.2.The Operator grants the User a free, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose through a web browser for the term of the Terms. Any other use of the Service without the Operator’s consent is not permitted.

8. Liability

8.1.The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will meet the User’s expectations or operate without errors or interruptions.

8.2.The Operator is not liable for decisions the User makes based on data in the Service, for losses caused by inaccurate data entered by the User, by actions of connected AI clients and other third parties or by force majeure, or for temporary unavailability of the Service.

8.3.The limitations of liability in the Terms do not apply to intentional breach of obligations by the Operator (Article 401(4) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) or in other cases where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

8.4.The User is liable for breaching the Terms and the law when using the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

9.1.The User may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of the account at privacy@wizle.tech. The Terms terminate when the account is deleted.

9.2.The Operator may restrict or terminate the User’s access to the Service for breach of the Terms or the law, notifying the User by email where possible.

9.3.The Operator may discontinue the Service by notifying Users at least 30 days in advance. During this period the User may request a copy of their data.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1.The Operator may amend the Terms. A new edition is published on this page with its date. The Operator notifies Users of material changes by email or in the Service interface no later than 10 days before they take effect.

10.2.A User who does not agree with a new edition may stop using the Service and request deletion of the account. Continued use of the Service after a new edition takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.

11. Governing law and disputes

11.1.The Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. This choice of law does not deprive the User of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the User’s country of habitual residence where such provisions apply.

11.2.Disputes are resolved through negotiation. A claim is sent to the Operator at privacy@wizle.tech or to 350005, Краснодарский Край, Краснодар Город, им. Героя Пешкова ул., дом 14, корп. 4, кв./офис 159; the Operator replies within 30 days of receiving it. If a dispute is not resolved, it is heard by a court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

12. Final provisions

12.1.If any provision of the Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

12.2.The Terms are published in Russian; translations into other languages are provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

159, email: privacy@wizle.tech.
